PAYMENTS, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
After payment, a representative will reach out to you with an appointment link for a 30-minute consultation. During this call we discuss your business or service, goals, style, needs and wants. We also determine a timeline and schedule of deliverables. Standard 2 rounds of edits and revisions (anything beyond that is an extra charge). If the scope of the project changes, hourly charges will incur.
If we determine that we cannot move forward with a project, we will return the full deposit within 7-10 business days.SHIPPING
If the deliverables are a tangible product such as business cards, then shipping times are 7-10 days after printing is completed. Printing times vary depending on project and vendor. Anything different will be communicated with you.
Digital products are available for download almost immediately after payment via link.
SHIPPING INFO
Print production takes between 7-14 days (after design) and varies based on vendor and project. You will be notified of the estimated printing time. A separate cost with a print vendor will incur.
